  • This team helps to create a sense of place and preserves the uniqueness of our community by enhancing the physical appearance of our downtown and by focusing on historic preservation. 
  • They work together to strengthening Portland's existing business base, while also opening doors and clearing pathways to expand it. 
  • This team also promotes our downtown’s assets, enhancing its image, and supports
    special events to build a fun and exciting atmosphere for residents, visitors and businesses
    – giving people a reason to come downtown linger and enjoy what is special about Portland.
